Hotfix 2 for 3.0.0 (client version 3.0.0.2640)

Bug Fixes

- Players should no longer be randomly unmounted while traversing the game world
- Some Aeon quests were showing page errors when viewing them in the Library. They have been addressed and display correctly again.
- Aeon starter area class quests can again be turned in to their NPCs.


Known Issues

-We are aware that NPCs occasionally stop accepting quests and enemies sometimes show as "too far" or won't attack back.  We are looking into the issue and hope to have a fix soon.
